Chuba Building Inspections was founded by Steve Chuba, a certified home and building inspector with decades of experience evaluating residential and commercial properties across the region. He also holds his InterNACHI / ASHI certification.

Before starting Chuba Building Inspections, Steve Chuba spent 40 years in the Construction Management and Facility Management industries, including experience as a Carpenter and residential housing new construction, remodeling and commercial Project Manager, which means he doesn't just identify problems — he understands the safety and function of the issues and offers fair and knowledgeable recommendations moving forward.
